50 Years of Clinical Pharmacology in Finland
The Finnish Society of Clinical Pharmacology will organize a symposium entitled "Improving Rational Pharmacotherapy – 50 Years of Clinical Pharmacology in Finland" 8-9 November 2018 (Biomedicum 1, Lecture Hall 3 (Haartmaninkatu 8), Helsinki, Finland). The symposium covers different aspects of clinical pharmacology and rational pharmacotherapy.
Program and registration:
The symposium is free of charge (lunch is at own expense), but registration is required. Please register for the symposium by 25.10.2018: https://elomake.helsinki.fi/lomakkeet/92079/lomake.html. Please note, the number of participants is limited and it is best to register as soon as possible.
The participants are invited to submit an abstract for the symposium. Poster and oral presentations will be picked based on the abstracts. Please submit your abstract by October 15th via e-form: https://elomake.helsinki.fi/lomakkeet/91877/lomake.html (further instructions are available via the link).
The symposium dinner will take place on Thursday November 8 at 7 PM in Garden by Olo (Helenankatu 2). Registration and payment information is provided in the registration form for the symposium. Please note that as seats are limited, registration for the dinner may be closed early.
Info for doctoral students in the University of Helsinki:
The symposium is registered as a course for doctoral students and is coordinated by The Doctoral Programme in Clinical Research (1-2 credits). The course includes attendance to the symposium, a pre-assigment and an optional poster/oral presentation. For more information, see the course page for KLTO-136 in WebOodi. Registration via both WebOodi and E-lomake are required to participate and get the credits.
